Cancellation
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
A 14 day cancellation policy supersedes the 7 day cancellation policy if the reservation is during a holiday which includes:
Christmas, New Year’s Eve (December 20 thru January 2nd), President’s Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, and other special events including Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
